Statement of Exchange Policy for The Carlos Reid Gallery Special Exclusive LBP Artist CollectionOur policy for exchange is viable for 10 days from your delivery date. If 10 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
We accept exchanges for size and/or a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Send us a photo if there is a defect. Know that our products are individually hand checked for quality, multiple times.
Exchanges will be handled on a one on one basis. Please call, email, with photos.
We want you to be thrilled and delighted with your customized Lady Barbara Pinson Artist pieces.
Custom-Made Items: All Custom-Made items are printed, woven, stitched, hand-finished, flown across the world, and then packaged with care, ready for giving, to reach your doorstep within about 3-9 weeks. Our A-Line Dress and Chiffon Scarf deliver in three weeks. All other custom pieces deliver 8-9 weeks from the date of ordering.
LBPArtist Collection pieces are custom made, expressly for you.
Note: Each LBPArtist piece features our original design and is custom made for you, upon placing your order. No Waste Policy for a better Earth. Bespoke quality for you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which we will be able to see in our files, electronically.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned postmarked more than 10 days after delivery is not eligible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Shipping

You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary from 4-9 weeks
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is trackable and insured.
