About Ramona Zordini
(1983) She studied Graphic and Visual Arts, then a degree in Photography with two scholarships in 2009 to L.A.B.A. Academy of fine art Brescia. She currently teaches Photography, she had been posted on International magazines (the most important of Zoom dated March 2009 and Zoom dated September 2009), she won the Telethon 2009 edition Award, in the Award Tau Visual she had been named as "Author Reported" and in 2011 she was selected to participate in the Biennale of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean.
She still exhibited in several group exhibitions and personal ones in Italy and abroad, and her works are part of important permanent collections. In her later works prevails an evolutionary principle that it almost touches the installation, her works lost the stillness of the photographic images to become sources of entertainment.
In her research she works on the Ambiguity and Transition, using photography as the main medium, then spacing in the creation of sets and printing straddling the borders of the picture. In her works dominates the plasticity of the body and the symbolism of the objects, which are interpreted using their universal meaning.
Since 2010, she explores the idea of box as replacement of mnemonic luggage. “I would like the impermeability of things to touch every sensation without filters occasionally my being and I stun, leaving myself imploded, to fill a box of decomposed recollections and reinventing my image and likeness. Ambiguous term, ambiguous place, gesture, thought, your eyes lost in him without entrance, is an eternal moment of transition, there is nothing like yesterday, the filter is to be cleaned".
